There is a great pain that comes with the realization that our time is limited, and that those who move on from this world often take their stories and personal history with them.
When we lose their stories we lose the wisdom they had.
The experience and empathy the storytellers life was destined to teach us is gone in the blink of an eye, and we are left none the wiser.
Mississippi has a rich and diverse history with many stories to tell.
I do not want these to go lost.

The ones that need to live on and be shared.
The ones that have defined your relationship with the Magnolia state.
Everyone has, or knows someone with a story (good or bad) that needs to be told. Gathered together everyone's narrative provides a collective view of the Mississippi experience.
